  2. Geotechnical Instrumentation plays an important role in the field of construction. It assists various engineers at all phases in their construction projects in more than one ways. It is very essential straight from the site investigation to project completion. Such instrumentations are very important for the construction project in the following ways; • Site Investigation: • The instrumentation role at this stage is site investigation. This includes checking-out different site conditions, soil permeability, slope stability and pore-water pressure.
