  2. A custom bill of sale is much like a partial invoice that lists the products you have purchased. When buying from an online retailer, it's always good to get something in writing. Not only does this provide physical evidence, but it will also prevent someone from being able to claim they never sold any items to you. A custom bill of sale typically includes date-time stamped photos or video footage of the transaction as well as receipts for each piece on your receipt. It provides physical proof if anyone takes back what sold to them and protects against fraudulence by providing detailed records unreachable by other types of bills such as invoices and pay slips. Each type has its own rule about when/how it must be issued to help prevent problems. Whereas commercial bill of sale transfers ownership by the payment for goods against the signature from both the parties without getting recorded anywhere else (otherwise, it would get signed on paper at the time of purchase). In addition to verifying signatures (which should get filled in legibly), this type of contract should also include specific wording about where payments are due; how and when to cancel or modify the agreement; what happens if one party doesn't pay for something they promised to buy, etc. The cost of this type is more than the other types of a bill because it is an agreement between the two parties and legally binding with more detail.
