Surgical spirit or 70% isopropyl alcohol – this is the ideal concentration of alcohol for killing germs, and doesn’t need to be left on a surface for it to work. Bleach – while the smell of bleach is not so appealing, its’ germ busting properties are second to none. Vinegar – again, the smell might not be to everyone’s liking, but you can easily add a few drops of your favorite natural oil to the solution, and vinegar is a great cleaning agent.
