They required services from the Steinberg Valentino and entered into a contract. Fraudster David Mau & RETC David Mau When Steinberg Valentino requested payment of the services that it provided, the RETC tried evading tactics and kept running around us in circles like some flea-bitten animal. They deliberately failed to come forth with the money and would send us to first this person and then that person to get our money from. Their business ethics and morals are wholly non-existent. If their top level management itself consists of professional crooks, then it is pointless to expect that their underlings would be any different.
