  1. How Do You Pick the Right one Candidate? Are You hiring the right Candidate? I am the Director of Finance for a 220 employee company that assists large retailers in preparing their store openings and closures. We were not satisfied with the performance of our unemployment cost and plus we were having recurring challenges from the customer's side. We always want to provide innovative services and building professional relationships to bridge with our regular customers and clients. So, we decide to hire some other high experienced team for my company as we have all ready pending work of our clients so our HR team posted our requirement on job portals and also on news papers and many others way. We want high experienced candidates for our next goal so we post our requirement on each and every job portals of UK but we were unable to find any experience candidates for this post.While we’ve just started employing this last step in our interview process, we were not assured that we were hiring the right candidate for the job matching are requirements, and for our team. We invested more ad posting in news paper as well as for consultancy but we didn't got accurate results. To overcome all this problems my HR suggested me about employ-direct to advertise a job but when i listen it is free i can't believe on this free job posting but i have no other option so HR post our job on employ-direct.com and i can't believe that we got 10 resumes of candidates with high experience and profile which has been so powerful as my requirement. After we start our interview process based on their knowledge and our requirements, these are 10 of 7 candidate i recommend to hire for my company. So, I thankful to employ-direct as the committed for getting hired the best candidate,and they were sticked to their commitment.
