Stand with your back against the wall placing the bands around your wrists. Now stretch the arms up over your head. Pull the arms down such that your elbows are to the side, making an angle of 90 degrees. Return to the starting position. Repeat and switch to the other side. 5.Donkey kick: Another exercise that targets your glutes is a donkey kick. Begin with all the fours and try to kick back your legs. The resistance bands should be above your knees. Keep your hips level up and round your back for a little while doing this movement.
