  2. Zumba Classes This class is a combination of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves for energizing, calorie reduction and offering workout based on body dance. Zumba is a perfect unison of Latin flavor and international beats meant for toning your overall body.

  3. Tabata Classes Get half an hour of heart pumping cardio in which warm up and cooling down is included. This class is based on Japanese Training method called TABATA. This exercise will definitely boost your metabolism and improve your fitness.
