  49. Exercise Delete Period – you can select how long you want to keep your Exercise Records for, by stopping Deleting for a period between 0 and 12 months. This is useful for Health and Safety Livery Charges – by the Day or the Week – and Standard Livery Charge for initial bulk invoicing Set period between Data Backups Proper Case – the Program puts the first letter in Upper Case and subsequent ones in Lower Case. On Invoice Details you can select: Mileage Wording – you can show what you want when charging mileage (e.g. Event Expenses, Transport, etc.) Activity Rider – again you can show what you want here on the invoice (e.g. Rider’s Expenses, Jockey’s Expenses, etc.) Riding Fee Wording – this can be shown as Hacking, Riding, Lesson, etc. Invoice Footer – enter details as required Return to PowerPoint Menu Exit PowerPoint Show
