  1. Comprehensive 75-hour ICF MCC Level 3 mentor coaching for PCC coaches who want to upgrade to the Master level The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is a globally recognized organization for providing credentials at various coaching levels, including ACC (Associate Certified Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach), and MCC (Master Certified Coach). ICF MCC is the highest level of credential available, and it requires a significant amount of training and mentor coaching to achieve. The Level 3 MCC program offers the depth of content, ethical considerations, and competency development, required by the ICF for coaches who want their ICF MCC accreditation. Only PCC coaches with the required experience can enroll in the 75-hour ICF Level 3 MCC course, to be provided by an ICF Master Certified Coach, using MCC application path. Powerhouse Coaching’s ICF Level 3 MCC program is provided by its highly experienced MCC coach, Jennifer Powers, who has logged more than 3,000 coaching hours and mentored more than 2,000 coaches in her 16 years of coaching practice. Jennifer Powers, the founder of Powerhouse Coaching, is also an international keynote speaker, and the best-selling author of the Oh, shift! One of the significant benefits of participating in Powerhouse Coaching’s ICF MCC Level 3 program is the opportunity to earn 75 continuing coaching education (CCE) units which PCC coaches are required to attain to advance to the MCC level. The ICF Level 3 MCC program by Powerhouse Coaching is structured around mentor coaching, which is an essential component of the ICF certification process. Shifting to the Master level The 75-hour ICF Level 3 MCC program by Powerhouse Coaching helps coaches to find and bring their unique coach self to the MCC coaching session, and prepares coaches for a confident submission of their MCC application and recordings through tons of practice, self- reflection, and feedback. You will be exposed to a variety of MCC styles through approved coach recordings, and develop an awareness of self and the shifts required to coach at the Master Level.

  2. The 75-hour ICF MCC course of ICF Level 3 is divided into 39 Synchronous Hours, which are delivered virtually via Zoom, and 36 Synchronous Hours. 39 Synchronous Hours: These sessions of the ICF Level 3 MCC program are delivered in English, and are super-focused on understanding, embodying, and practices of eight core competencies. The sessions are 90 minutes long, with the exception of four 2-hour Practice Clinics, and include the required 7 hours of group mentor coaching, and three hours of one- to-one coaching. 36 Asynchronous Hours: These include a combination of coaching, being coached, journaling, independent reading, plus listening to and reviewing a variety of ICF MCC level coaching sessions. Students create a community outside of live sessions, and share their findings via the Online Classroom discussion forum. They are paired with a buddy with whom they can find support, practice, and discuss outside of class. The 75-hour ICF MCC Level 3 program is delivered by Powerhouse Coaching over 22 weeks, that covers the review of ethics, shifting to MCC, fundamentals of 8 competencies and their practice, refining coaching presence and finding unique coaching self, peer coaching practice, and feedback, makeup classes, observed coaching, and more. The group size is limited to 10 students, and the participants should plan to spend about two hours per week on learning activities outside of class.
