  1. Organization ChartSmall Operation (1- 75 rooms) *(1) Performs Accounting Technician and Maintenance Clerk duties. Requirements for establishing position based on local management justification of workload. *(2) Position authorized only if a minimum of three (3) Custodial Workers (housekeeping) is assigned. *(3) May be combined position responsible for Continental Breakfast Operations and perform duties of Housekeeper Guest Room, and Laundry Attendant based on local requirements *(4) Requirements must be based on local justification. * (5) Requirement for position based on local justification and level of MP support.

  2. Organization ChartMedium Operation (76 -199 rooms) * (1) Requirements for establishing position based on local management justification of workload. * (2) Performs the night audit function. May be scheduled for Manager on Duty shifts in conjunction with night audit and front desk agent duties. * (3) Position authorized as an option at Medium size operations with 100+ rooms. Operations have the option of selecting a Executive Housekeeper in lieu of an Assistant Manager). * (4) At operations with 76 to 149 rooms, supervises Desk Clerks, and Reservation Agents. * (5) See Medium facility Alternative staffing (positions are added where no telecommunications auto attendant features available. * (6) Position authorized only if Leader is responsible for a minimum of three (3) Maintenance Workers/laborers and based on local management justification of workload. * (7) Position authorized as an option at Medium size operations with 100+ rooms. Operations have the option of selecting a Executive Housekeeper in lieu of an Assistant Manager * (8) May be combined position responsible for Continental Breakfast Operations and perform duties of Housekeeper Guest Room, and laundry attendant based on local requirements. * (9) Position authorized only if a minimum of three (3) Security Guards assigned and based on local justification and level of MP support. * (10) Requirement for position determined by level of MP support * (11) Position authorized at 150+ rooms. Assigned to Housekeeping control. Position may operate under other departments. * (12) Position authorized at operations with 100+ rooms

  3. Organization ChartLarge Operation (200 - 399 rooms) * (1) Requirements for establishing position based on local management justification of workload * (2) Performs the night audit function. May be scheduled for Manager on Duty shifts in conjunction with night audit and front desk agent duties. * (3) Regular PT/Flex position or can be combined with other duties to create full time * (4) Position authorized only if a minimum of three (3) Security Guards assigned and based on local justification and level of MP support * (5) Requirement for position determined by level of MP support * (6) Flex Position. Limited use, with unique local justification * (7) Hotel Group Coordinator performs this function in Large operations with 299 rooms or less * (8) Responsible for Continental Breakfast Operations. Position authorized when existing staff based on local justification cannot handle functions * (9) Position authorized where no telecommunications auto attendant features available * (10) Collateral duty with FOM & other Management Staff * (11) May be established only if in-house laundry with commercial machines * (12) May be established only if in-house laundry with commercial machines * (13) Authorized only if using commercial laundry service * (14) 1 Material Handler per 300 rooms * (15) Requirements for position determined by level of DPW support * (16) Position authorized at Large operations with 299 rooms or less. At Large operations with 300+ rooms function performed by Reservation Manager.

Organization ChartEx-Large Operation ( 400+ 799 rooms) * (1) Position authorized at properties in excess of 600 rooms * (2) Requirement for position based on local justification of workload. * (3) Authorized Duty as Desk Clerk and Manager on duty. * (4) This is a Limited Tenure position for special projects * (5) Position authorized only if a minimum of three (3) Security Guards assigned and based on local justification and level of MP support. * (6) Requirements for position determined by level of MP support. * (7) Flex position. Limited use, with unique local justification. * (8) Position authorized where no telecommunication auto attendant features available. * (9) Combine with Group Coordinator in Extra Large Hotel with 599 rooms or less. * (10) Responsible for Continental Breakfast Operations. Position authorized when existing staff based on local justification cannot handle functions * (11) Position authorized only if a minimum of (3) Custodial Workers (Housekeeping) is assigned. * (12) Authorized only if using commercial laundry service * (13) Position may be established only if in-house laundry with commercial machines and if a minimum of three Laundry Machine Operators are assigned. * (14) May be established only if in-house laundry with commercial machines * (15) Requirements for position determined by level of DPW support.

Limited use, with unique local justification. * (6) Position authorized where no telecommunication auto attendant features available. * (7) Responsible for Continental Breakfast Operations. Position authorized when existing staff based on local justification cannot handle functions * (8) May be established only if in-house laundry with commercial machines. Position may fall under Engineering Technician or Housekeeping in Super Large Operations only. * (9) May be established only if in-house laundry with commercial machines.
