Life is beautiful, memories are fleeting, capturing a moment is precious and should be trusted by those rare people who understand that like LAYERS does Danielle shot our elopement in the Dominican Republic and I can’t express enough how much her presence and documentation process meant to us. She took time to get to know us as people first, asking us about our love story, our hopes, dreams, fears, and background. She even visited the location we first met in college. This established a trust between us that allowed for vulnerable and authentic photos that far surpassed traditional, cookie-cutter wedding photos and were true works of art. She is also an amazing person. Because we were eloping and I had no bridesmaids or family present, she had only just met me but wound up becoming an impromptu maid of honor- adjusting my flower crown and calming me down when I got jittery... I recommend them to anyone looking for breathtaking photos shot with love, care, and thoughtfulness.
