1. Michigan Straight Bourbon Whiskey Our Michigan Straight Bourbon whiskey is the signature spirit of our distillery —the purest representation of our passion. We started in 2020 to produce premium spirits with Great Lakes pride and to create a bourbon that Michiganders could call their own. Varchas has balanced this 4+ year-old bourbon with the aroma of heavy caramel, vanilla and oak. Now move to your mouth and experience the smooth flavor of caramel, vanilla, a little cocoa, and a little smoke. Finish it with a balance of roasted nuts, spice and caramel and you have Varchas Bourbon! To enhance the flavors, it is perfectly balances the taste of his bourbon with many noticeable notes of bold grain, wood, smoke and the mix of sweet and spice. The Varchas brand will continue to release a series of aged bourbon and rye with a variety of finishes that will make our brand unique. Our Recipe Our love to taste and drink exceptional, aged bourbon led us to create our own unique blend. In 2020, we took his passion to the market and Shankar Distillers was born. In his search for the finest bourbon, Varchas selects very few to barrel under the Shankar Distillers’ label. Below are our Bourbon Whiskey recipe which makes our brand unique. The "V" • 1.5 ounces of Varchas in a rocks glass • With or without ice, your choice The "Vule" • 2 ounces of Varchas Bourbon • ½ ounce lime juice or ½ of a lime • Ginger beer to top • Garnish with slice of lime or mint sprig • Pour bourbon in glass, add lime juice and ice to fill glass. Add in ginger beer to top of glass. Stir and garnish. The "Lemon Vader" • 1.5 ounces of Varchas Bourbon • 4 ounces of lemonade • 1 slice of lemon to garnish • Pour bourbon in tall glass, add lemonade and ice to fill glass. Stir and garnish.

2. The "Old Vashioned" • 1.5 ounces of Varchas Bourbon • 2 spoons of simple syrup • 3 dashes of bitters • 1 or 2 Luxardo Maraschino Cherries (your choice) The "Perfect Mint Vulep" • 2 ounces of Varchas Bourbon • 1.5 tsp of sugar (or 1.5 packets) • Fresh mint leaves (3-5 + sprig) • Water • Place mint leaves, sugar, and a splash of water in a rocks glass and muddle. Add bourbon and fill glass with ice. Top with water, stir and garnish with mint sprig. The "Vojito" • 1 1/2 ounces of Varchas Bourbon • 1 oz Fresh lime juice • 2 teaspoons Sugar • 6 leaves of Mint • Soda Water • Mint sprigs muddled with sugar and lime juice. Bourbon added and topped with soda water. Garnished with sprig of mint leaves. Served with a straw. Varchas Bourbon • WHAT YOU SEE • Golden brown honey • WHAT YOU SMELL • Notes of heavy caramel and vanilla with slight hints of chocolate and smoke. • WHAT YOU TASTE • The smooth flavor of caramel, vanilla, a little cocoa, and a slight smokey taste • HOW IT FINISHES • Enjoyable, with a balance of roasted nuts, spice, and caramel. • THE PROOF • 90 Proof, 45% ALC/VOL Rye • WHAT YOU SEE

Rich amber • WHAT YOU SMELL Notes of caramel, complex spice, with hints of vanilla and a smoky body • • WHAT YOU TASTE Smooth and peppery, lightly smoky flavor with a little sweetness. • • HOW IT FINISHES Balanced with sweet and spice with a nice long dry finish. • • THE PROOF 90 Proof, 45% ALC/VOL • • How We Make It Process: Milled, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled on site in Michigan. Ingredients: Crafted from scratch — from Great Lakes water to the noticeable grains, wood, smoke and the mix of sweet & spice. Aging: Aged in new, charred oak barrels for at least 4 years.
