Bursar’s Office Provides • Online invoices with charges from University departments. • Email notification that an ebill is ready to view • Payment Processing • Customer service for student account inquiries. Questions regarding specific charges should be directed to the office that assessed those charges. • Department contact information on the back of a printed ebill and on the Bursar’s website. Where do I find my eBill? • Students who enroll: • On or before July 20th, for Fall, will receive an eBill notification July 21st • Due date August 15th • University eBills are located online - https://sa.ku.edu • View/Print eBills • Account Summary • eBills are: • Created on/around the 21st of each month • Due on the 15th of the following month Paying for KU – Bursar’s Office

  15. $100 non-refundable late fee Assessed if not paid by:August 15th Second assessment if not paid by: September 15th 1.5% Default Charge Assessed if not paid by: October 15th Every month thereafter until charges are paid in full.
