  2. Overview XRF alloy analyzer is a handheld analyzer designed for analysis of the elemental composition of alloys. It determines the chemistry of a sample by measuring the fluorescent X-rays emitted when excited by a primary- ray source. The built-in library of 380 alloy types facilitates analysis of a wide range of alloy materials. Configured with BOOST Si-pin detector enabling high accuracy elemental analysis.
