From Goal to Action! • Brainstorm activities or strategies that can help you achieve your goal • Then, evaluate: • Which are the most doable? • Which would have the biggest impact? • Which would be fun? Remember: The “best” activity or strategy means nothing if you’re not motivated to complete it.
For Each Activity… Identify: • Expected Results • When Activity will be implemented • What is needed to implement it • Persons responsible • Target audience
Getting Results • Reflect regularly on how you’re doing on your goals (at least once a month) • Communicate the status to all stakeholders (email works great) • Be Accountable for ALL your results • What’s Working • What’s Not • Revise goals, as needed
