  2. September 11, 2001 A “Pearl Harbor” to justify a shift in Bush – Cheney Oil Strategy and War Policy. A day that will live in Infamy and History as the Ultimate Definition of U.S. OIL GREED.

PNAC is Cheney, Rumsfeld, Perle, Khalilzad, Wolfowitz, Feith, et al In 2000 PNAC issued a report predicting that their proposed "transformation" of U.S. military and diplomatic policy in the Middle East wouldn't come very quickly, barring the occurrence of"some catastrophic and catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbor."

September 10, 2001 – “The Strategery” year in September 10, 2001: "Those who control the oil routes out of Central Asia will impact all future direction and quantities of flow and the distribution of revenues from new production," wrote energy expert James Dorian in Oil & Gas Journal, published the day before the terrorist attacks.

  9. Our military has been used and abused to breach a contract… so greedy Bush - Cheney buddies could take over a $7.34+ TRILLION oil and gas deal (and rising with each terror alert & OPEC production cut, & U.S. “refinery capacity shortage”). It’s a Strategery!

  10. That deal includes “Saudi Investors” that were not needed… and continues the “Bush Saudi Friends” in power. These same Saudi investors are funding sources for terrorism, partnered with Unocal and Amerada Hess. Our Oil Policy makes Arabs hate us.

  11. Who promotes that lunacy? George H.W. Bush, James A. Baker, III, George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Carlyle Group, Halliburton, U.S. oil companies, Bechtel, their Neocon mouthpieces, and others profiting at their gain, your loss.

  16. Let me introduce you to Bridas Corporation of Argentina. Bridas had Turkmenistan and the Taliban under contract before any U.S. firm could even get close, so they used lies and our military to “Breach the Contract”.

Major Milestones • January 1992: Gas exploration rights for Yashlar block in eastern Turkmenistan awarded to Argentine firm; Bridas Production profits to be split 50-50 between Bridas and Turkmenistan government. • February 1993: Bridas awarded Keimir Oil and Gas Block in western Turkmenistan. 75-25 split in profits, in favor of Bridas. • 1995 Bridas Corporation meets Taliban for first time to commence negotiations. • 1995 Unocal and US Government attempting to pressure Taliban to abandon contract negotiations with Bridas and pressure Turkmenistan regarding Bridas contracts. • October 1995: President Niyazov (Turkmenistan) signs agreement in New York with Unocal/Delta (Saudi investors). Turkmenistan starts jerking Bridas around on its Oil Contracts with that government.

  18. Major Milestones • Jan. 1996: Bridas signs agreement with Taliban and General Dostum for Trans-Afghanistan pipeline. • Feb. 1996:Bridas v. Unocal, $15.0 billion interference of contract lawsuit filed in Texas. Dismissed, re-filed as arbitration claim. Remember “Delta Oil, Saudi” • March, 1996: U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan, Tom Simmons, urges Bhutto to give exclusive rights to Unocal. Bhutto offended and demands apology. • Nov. 1997: Unocal tries to woo Taliban away from Bridas and are rejected by Taliban. (Delta, Saudi) • Aug. 1998: Clinton launched cruise missiles at Afghanistan. Al Qaeda or bust up that Bridas contract? Zalmay Khalilzad involved in Bosnia and Afghanistan.

  19. Major Milestones • Oct. 1998: A Texas judge dismisses Bridas' US$15 billion suit against Unocal for preventing them from developing gas fields in Turkmenistan. (Delta, Saudi) • August 2, 2001: Bush renews negotiations with Taliban. • August 6, 2001: Bush asleep at the helm regarding President’s Daily Briefing [PDB] and attack on U.S. • 10 Sept 2001: “The Strategery” is inadvertently revealed at a prophetic time in history. It does not seem so, but it is a “smoking gun”. • 11 Sept 2001: WTC and Pentagon attacked • 7 Oct 2001: US attacks Taliban under War Plan designed, practiced pre-9-11.

  20. Major Milestones • 31 Dec, 2001: President Bush appointed a former aide to Unocal, Afghan-born Zalmay Khalilzad, as special envoy to Afghanistan. The nomination was announced nine days after the US-backed interim government of Hamid Karzai took office in Kabul. • 8 Feb, 2002: Afghanistan's interim leader Hamid Karzai said he and Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf had agreed to revive a plan for a trans-Caspian gas pipeline from Turkmenistan to Pakistan. • 27 Dec, 2002: Central Asia pipeline deal signed; An agreement has been signed in the Turkmen capital, Ashgabat, paving the way for construction of a gas pipeline from the Central Asian republic through Afghanistan to Pakistan.

Major Milestones • 23 Feb 2003: OPIC agrees to fund the pipeline and Bush has guaranteed to protect it with U.S. troops (without telling the United States citizens).“23-02-03 Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan (TAP) have signed a protocol for trans-Afghanistan Gas Pipeline Project… However, some recent reports had indicated that the United States was willing to police the pipeline infrastructure through permanent stationing of its troops in the region. The US ExIm Bank, the Trade and Development Agency (TDA) and the Overseas Private Insurance Corporation (OPIC) had also shown readiness to finance such a project, if leading American energy giants come forward.

  34. 9-11 Commission covered up in Conflicts of Interest • Thomas Kean, 9-11 Chairman, Amerada Hess, a firm directly benefiting from removal of Taliban / Bridas. (In bed with Saudi owned Delta Petroleum) • James R. Thompson, chairman of Winston Strawn, lobbyist has direct ties to Van Scoyoc Associates and that firm represents many of the possible suspects and “highly motivated parties”. James R. Thompson also sits on board of FMC, a firm directly benefiting from removal of Taliban / Bridas. Winston Strawn has possible legal problems in Nevada involving DOE deal according to several media reports and Senator Reid of that state. • John F. Lehman is head of a firm [J. F. Lehman & Company] that benefits from Bush – Cheney War Policy and involvement in private equity investments into defense and Homeland Security companies. His partners are all former Boeing, Martin Marietta andUnited Technologies

  35. 9-11 Commission covered up in Conflicts of Interest • Fred Fielding is a board member of Committee for Justice along with M. Diane Allbaugh, an energy lobbyist (Texas) and wife of former Bush – Cheney 2000 Campaign Manager Joe Allbaugh. Just before the Iraq invasion Mr. Allbaugh left as head of FEMA to set up New Bridge Strategies to represent those that wanted to “get in” on the multi-billion rebuilding of Iraq. http://www.newbridgestrategies.com/bios.asp Supposedly, FEMA had a team arrive in NYC on September 10, 2001 and were “first on scene”.

  36. 9-11 Commission covered up in Conflicts of Interest • Jamie Gorelick sits on the boards of two companies directly benefiting from Bush – Cheney policy, one oil related (Schlumberger), one defense related (United Technologies), not to mention her prior position as General Counsel of the Department of Defense while the Bridas “mugging” was in progress. Christine Todd Whitman. Former Bush EPA head, sits on the United Technologies board too. What environmental policy? • Richard Ben Veniste , Partner Mayer Brown, Rowe & Maw should have never been appointed to the 9-11 Commission except to cover up Bridas and Caspian related matters. The fingerprints of his law firm are all over Pakistan and the Caspian deals, and even a blunt instrument to keep Bridas tied up while they were going to be breached with military force. Just waiting on 9-11 and hoping no one figures out the role his firm is playing on all sides of the deal.

  37. 9-11 Commission covered up in Conflicts of Interest • Tim Roemer accepted campaign funds from Van Scoyoc Associates, a firm that represents SAIC, Advanced Power Systems Intl, Citigroup, Bechtel, Fluor, and Unocal. He also accepted funds from Carlyle Group, Chevron, Texaco, Citigroup that is leading many loan deals with OPIC guarantees. His former contributors, relationships, are benefiting by the removal of the Taliban and Bridas. • Thank you Lee Hamilton, Bob Kerrey and Slade Gorton for not looking like Texas hound dogs with ticks and fleas. • There is a word that fits what Bush – Cheney and this Commission have done and are doing. That word is - DESPICABLE

Increased oil price by Bush Policy to weaken the US dollar [low dollar = high oil]

Many “Highly Motivated Parties” • To see Bush – Cheney use of force to get Taliban and Bridas Corporation out of the way. • Caspian players that cannot get the oil & gas out without the pipeline • Pakistan players that need that gas to improve their “bottom line” (that is what started the Enron – Dabhol fiasco) • Major Bush Backers lined up around a Hog Trough like the Big Oil Pigs and Big War Pigs they are in fact. • All of them lying to AMERICA and collaborating to conceal Bridas and why we attacked to take over the multi-trillion oil & gas deal for Bush – Cheney friends and backers. They would have to point the finger of blame at them selves.
