Staying Safe SAFE – Be careful, do not give out your fullname, address, phone number, school name, Date of Birth or password MEETING – People online can be dangerous ACCEPTING – Attachments can lead to cyber attacks REMEMBER – It’s easier to lie online TELL – Your parent, carer or teacher if someone makes you uncomfortable

  10. Social Sites & Email • Real Friends Only MSN, Yahoo Chat, GMAIL, Facebook, Twitter, Blogs etc. • Maximize security settings • Do not handout your email address to cyber contacts, if in doubt ask an adult • Do not upload videos or pictures of yourself into an unsecured area
