  2. Ingredients 1 egg 50 g cheese 1 cup milk 3 tablespoons cooking oil

  3. a pinch of salt and pepper garnish

  4. Utensils 1. Frying pan 2. spatula 4. cheese-grater 3. Fork

  5. 5. Bowl 6. Plate

  6. Method: Crackthe egg into a bowl   Add milk and whisk well  Grate the cheese into the bowl ans stir  Whisk the egg with a fork until it’s smooth

  7.  Heat the oil in frying pan  Turn the omelet with spatula and cook both sides  Add the garnish • Place on a plate , season with salt and pepper
