  4. Introduction The increase in food prices means having to pay more for less food. Less food means less choice.

  5. What is the solution to this problem? How can people save money whilst getting more food which have high nutrients, less preservatives and tastes good?

  6. Solution An Organic Vegetable Garden! Studies show that growing a 1.5m2 vegetable garden can feed 1 adult for a year. It provides enough nutritious, tasty vegetables to ensure a constant food supply!
