  2. BARÓMETRO DEL EMPRENDEDOR DE ÉXITO 1. OPTIMISMO: Este rasgo de la personalidad permite a la persona emprendedora juzgar los acontecimientos o las circunstancias en su aspecto más favorable vendo en un problema una oportunidad. 2. GENEROCIDAD: Rasgo de la persona que lleva a considerar que el éxito debe compartirse con el resto de la sociedad contribuyendo a la creación de riqueza y la mejora de las condiciones de vida de su comunidad.

  3. BARÓMETRO DEL EMPRENDEDOR DE ÉXITO 3. Humildad: Rasgo psicológico que propicia una actitud autocritica constructiva y de aprendizaje permanente. 4. Equilibrio: Esta cualidad se relaciona con la fortaleza mental y la resistencia emocional que permitirá a la persona emprendedora mantener la serenidad en situaciones de tención, dificultad o crisis.
