  7. Practice area I:We help distributed teams to collaborate effectively Key challenges: Modern work is project and team oriented. Teams are often located in different places and perhaps in different time zones. They often deal with cultural communication differences and language difficulties. Ineffective working habits such as communication via email and teleconferences can make team work frustrating and expensive. How we help: We develop and implement effective collaboration patterns using facilitation methods and virtual tools. We create modern and economical work processes for meetings and projects. We create a functional virtual toolbox by looking into the use of existing tools, giving ideas on new ways to use the old tools, and suggesting new possible tools. We also facilitate virtual, blended and physical meetings.

  8. Practice area II:Innovative collaboration and network strategies Key challenges: Successful design and implementation of important issues depend on the involvement of a broad variety of stakeholders that are difficult to manage. Be it a corporate vision, product design plan, marketing campaign, or social development project, the alignment of different interests is vital in order to create impact and sustainable results. How we help: Together with our client, we create comprehensive and long term collaboration strategies to assess, plan, create and facilitate platforms for stakeholder dialogue and co-creation.

  9. Practice area III:Showing the best practices of virtual tool-use Key challenges: Most organizations have a variety of virtual tools available, but the knowledge of how these tools work together and how to take full advantage of them in everyday work is not readily available. In addition, blended (combination of face-to-face and virtual) collaboration approaches call for a new set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes that need to be learned. How we help: Radical Inclusion learning modules cover both technical and non-technical aspects of virtual and blended collaboration. Individual coaching sessions and tailored training for groups are available.
