CX – Current PPC Initiatives and Performance • Cross sell loans: • Chatbot & WhatsApp bots pitches Personal loans to eligible customers in bot platform. • Cross Sell PL eligible existing customer base integrated in CRM to enable Customer care and Regional CX team to check customer eligibility and generate leads. Lead generation Process: • Resolve Query – Address customer’s primary reason for call / Visit • Check Eligibility – CRM check for cross-sell • Pitch Offer – Use smooth connector + highlight benefits • Value Proposition – Quick disbursal, minimal docs, flexible repayment • Handle Objections – Validity, top-up ease, instant disbursal • Close Lead – Confirm interest & create lead in LMS (integrated in CRM) • Follow-up – Daily tracking of pending cases • Disbursal – Loan processed & credited

CX – Current PPC Initiatives and Performance • Insta card and Other products: • Existing customers base eligible for Insta card, PA base, TW, Used Car, New and Old Tractor is integrated in CRM to enable Customer care and Regional CX team to check customer eligibility and generate leads • For Insta card BT eligible customers, team is educating customers over the counter on Saathi journey for immediate loan disbursal. Similarly, CC agents are educating the customers over the call on Saathi journey.
