You should get the bones removed at the shop itself to make the cooking process easier. You also need olive oil and salt to prepare this dish. You should make sure that the skin of the pork is extremely dry before you start with the process. If it is moist, you should leave it in an open plate in the refrigerator for few hours. Make small cuts in the skin after taking it out and rub it with salt and the olive oil. You should make sure that the oil and salt are mixed well uniformly through the meat. Now place it in a roasting pan and place it in an oven until the skin becomes extremely crispy. Reduce the temperature of the oven to heat it at about 120 degrees for fifteen minutes.
