College Bound Scholarship Overview: This four-year scholarship covers the cost of college tuition, fees and books for low-income students who sign a pledge in 7th grade promising to graduate from high school and demonstrate good citizenship. I pledge that I will: Do well in middle and high school, including graduating with a cumulative high school grade point average of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
