The steering of contracts, the failure to comply with the Small Business Act, the Competition in Contracting Act, and the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and other Federal Laws and Statutes continues to this day on Camp Arifjan and other DoD installations around the world. The Dept of State, Dept of Interior, Dept of Justice, Homeland Security and other agencies of the Federal Government have contracting officers who are also purposefully violating these same Federal Laws, Statutes and Regulations. This site is to document this white collar criminal activity and contracting irregularities and prejudices that harms U.S. Small Businesses. This site is to document the GAO attorneys who have made decisions that have not upheld the Small Business Act, the Competition in Contracting Act, Federal Acquisition Regulations. This site is to document the concealing of solicitations overseas by contracting officers and to document that contracting officer’s name, contracting office, the solicitation and contract award that violated one of the Acts, statutes or regulations. This site will act as a Portal for the prosecuted white collar criminal activities of these U.S. Federal Agencies and identify the favored businesses that are not only benefiting from the criminal activity, but not being suspended by the Dept of Justice even following Qui Tam actions or in the case of Major John Cockerham stating on a Gulf Group Court of Federal Claims stand and stating that he received bribes from Kuwait Future Services and KMS. The Dept of Justice FBI has an agent that was even convicted of receiving money to steer an investigation. The corruption of the U.S. Government officials runs through all agencies and this corruption will be documented here.
