Upgrading Existing Products • Heat resistant grade rubber: This rubber lining can be used for a higher working temperature range up to 120°Celsius, encountered in manufacturing of cement and steel. • FRAS (Fire Retardant Anti-Static): It can be used in underground mining and for coal application. Development Of Basic Product Variants • Different variants of ceramic liners have been developed • Locking ceramic Liner: Finds application where medium Impact and high wear resistant duty conditions is encountered. • Thin flexible Ceramic Liner: Suitable for application where the surface to be lined is having curved shape. Development Of New Technologies • Combination lining in single equipment Advantages • The different faces/location of the equipment has varying degree of need of Impact wear, abrasion wear resistant and flow ability. Liners of different materials of construction, shape and thickness provide different degree of resistance to impact wear, abrasion wear and flow ability.
