To provide support, build capacity, and integrate individuals into main stream society who have traditionally been suppressed in personal, society, economic and political domains. He is responsible for the overall working, organized program of the company and is instrument in making strategic decisions for the company. He has vast experience in providing charitable services. He has contributed most of the time in social work at different places in India. He has initiated and developed the Integrated Slum Development Program, coaching institution of poor’s in various area of all over India. He has worked tirelessly to help poorest people to overcome poverty, social exclusion, and mitigating circumstances to lead productive lives. These areas include youth for social development focuses on promoting good governance and citizen participation than have direct impact on poor and most vulnerable groups especially women, children, and youth. TARGET POPULATION Target communities served by TRSF` are from the lowest strata of society. The NGO work for upliftment of people limited by a low status in society in the areas of social, economic, domestic, personal and cultural development. The total number of people directly and indirectly benefiting from the services from Traffic Welfare NGO is approximately 154,000in 2024. focus | 10
