  1. Music Video Concept 1‘Wrong way – Yakul’ Troi, Joey, Madison, Fabian

  2. What is the vibe of the song? The song, in itself, is quite vibey. It has a very funky feeling and makes the listener feel happy and as if they want to dance. These are all emotions that we can work with in the music video that we make.

  4. The Artist • For this song it is a band that is playing the song. This would mean that we would have to find at least 5 people to portray the band members. • Their band image would be very ‘indie’ • I imagine this band as being a bit cheeky and they like to have a laugh.

  5. This is a Board of inspiration as to what I think the music video should look like.

  6. Initial ideas • The band could be practising in a garage and in the end scene they are plating at a pool party or a concert. • There could be funny time lapse scenes of them trying to find their way to the venue (pool party) and they keep taking wrong turns. • There could be short bits where we make the lyrics with cut up letters from news paper. • Definetley include VSH camera shots with moments of the band having a laugh and messing around. • One of the members gets distracted by a pretty girl walking past and goes the ‘wrong way’ • A scene where we are looking from a high angle at a corridor and the band members are walking into doors and coming out of other doors in time lapse

  7. Feedback from Luke • He stated that the song had a cinematic feel to it, but the video could be done. • He said that we could use bright colours and have it look very ‘vibey’. • He said that it was good that the artists voice sounded young as it gives us a broader range of students that we can use.
