It also requires mental stability and strength. Losing weight isn’t done by a program or a diet, it is a lifestyle to get and stay healthy without unnecessary fats cumulating in the body. This lifestyle includes long-term changes in eating and exercise habits. Weight loss does not happen overnight.

It makes your body weak, while decreasing metabolism, which will cause you to gain weight or not lose anything at all. So, it's advisable to consult a nutritionist and design a diet plan. 2.Exercise Regularly Every person's body is different. A lot of factors decide whether a person is healthy or not, so, you need to understand your body, and then decide which exercise is best for you. Because of its complexity, a smarter approach is to take advice from an expert (fitness trainer). 3.Reduce Stress Many people don’t give importance to their mental health, but this needs to be changed, as physical and mental health go hand in hand. You cannot avoid stress in today's fast paced world, but there are ways to reduce them. You can regulate your sleep schedule, give yourself breaks, enjoy a small vacation once in a while, and more. 4.Be Patient Lastly, you need to be patient with your body's progress.
