  3. problem being solved was… • Email traffic management – too much of it (11m in, 6m out, 24m internal pa) • Geographical barriers • Where do we share experiences, thoughts, contacts? • Ensure the value of mergers is being realised, who knows who & 2+2= • How do we bring clients closer • Giving everyone in the business a voice – inverting the triangle • Project support; DWF's five mergers in 13 months • Wide demographic in the business – right tools for the job
