  5. CWCI Goals-more on the WHY • To learn about eachother • To explore ways of collaborating to achieve common goals • To explore ways of using existing or new funding sources to maximize impact

  6. The HOW • Document current collaboration status • Meet eachother at convening by RO and NRC’s • Share current status of collaborating/or not • Hear ideas from other states • Identify barriers to collaboration and get ideas for how others have addressed to move beyond

  7. The How, continued • Brainstorm ideas and write them down • Develop a plan of action that you can follow through on back home • Report on follow through/be held accountable • Explore other ways to collaborate-build as you go • Broaden the parties invited to collaborate/broaden the areas • Repeat the cycle
