  2. Main problems for discussion: United Europe offers unique opportunities to its young people: how to use them? Not all the young are equally and adequately prepare to take advantage of those opportunities: how not to leave them behind? The other side of the coin is the challenges that young people have to face: how to cope with them? Because Europe is not only a chance for young people: it is a responsibility.   3. The title not specified yet, but the initial one: Win Europe: Chances & challenges for the Youth. In front of the new EU Constitution >>> What Youths can do for Europe and what do they expect from it? The title will be finally approved by 20th May 2007.   6. Final information sent to UNICA by 20th May 2007. Website and on-line registration then. Information sent to UNICA universities.
