Student Led Conference

In this self-assessment, I've rated my abilities and contributions throughout the school year. I believe I can complete most assignments (4/5), but I've struggled with focus and energy recently. During class discussions, I actively participate and contribute relevant information (4/5), although I find it harder to stay focused when working on projects. I collaborate well with classmates (4/5) but still need to work on listening during instructions (3/5). Overall, I've improved my comprehension of new material this year (5/5), moving at a quicker pace than last year.

  2. On a Scale of 1 to 5 rate yourself on your ability to complete all the assignments for class. • 4 • I find myself able to complete most of the assignments given in class. However in the past month I have found myself getting more and tired and unfocused while I try to work. But at home given enough time I can complete all of assignments given.

  3. On a scale of 1 to 5 rate yourself on your class time effort & positive contributions in class discussions. • 4 • During class discussions I try to add relevant information on the topic at hand. During class reading I always volunteer to read out loud. But I am not always focused on what I'm doing when I work on a project in class

  4. On a scale of 1-5 rate yourself on your ability to work with others in class. • 4 • In class I can work with almost anyone. I am cooperate well and am a good group member. I do however choose to work with myself to much.

  5. On a scale of 1 to 5 describe items you want to improve upon for the next quarter/year. • 3 • I need to improve on my in class listening. When Mr. Mixon announces or explains something I often get too caught up in the work I am doing or a side conversation and forget to listen.

  6. On a scale of 1 to 5 describe what went well in this school year. • 5 • Over this school year I have found my comprehension of new material to be at a much quicker pace than last year.
