  3. Introduction • Hello! I am Katherine Cases, a 9th grader student at John F. Kennedy, High School. • One sure thing about me is that I’m a bookworm. Reading is one of my favorite hobbies and this kind of activity helps me to learn. • I frequently daydream of performing a surgery, which I want to do in the future.

  4. Career goal • Neurosurgeon • obsession in human brain and its other biological aspects. • Family, teachers and friends will surely help me to get through this career.

  5. Educational goal • My short-term goal is to get good grades this current quarter by performing very well in each subject areas. • Passing all my subjects and graduate at JFK aremy long-term goals • Accomplishing these goals will happen with the aid of my family, teachers, and friends.

  6. Personal goal • To practice the gospel songs which I sing every Sunday at church with my choir mates and to start on having lessons about sketching are my short-term goals. • To be more patient and to think more critically are my personal long-term goals • Family and friends are enough for me to aim these goals

  9. English • WW3K lesson 6 foldable • I chose this piece of work because I learn new words here which is a good way of enhancing my vocabulary capacity.

  10. Math • Solving System of equation by Substitution activity • I find this activity a funand effective way of solving system of equation although it may seem complex and long to work on.

  11. Science • Section 34-1 to 4 Reviews • Answering each question in each review helps enhances my “patience” behavior which made me choose this work sample.

  12. Social Studies • Newspaper Article • This assignment had given me the opportunity to test my skill in journalism this is why I chose this work sample amongst my other paper works.

  13. Chamorro • TrongkonFamilia • I chose this piece of work because this is my favorite PowerPoint presentation in Chamorro class.

  14. Health Education • Frequently Asked Question Journal • I chose this work sample because this piece of work showcases my reflection towards different things that relates to my personal life.
