  4. Kamp om kompetansen • Nullskatt • Nettoløn • Overinvestering og kostnadseksplosjon • Kamp om mannskap • Ulike konkurranse-vilkår

  5. Olje og fisk • Nullutslepp • Effektiv kontroll med søl viktig • Viktige gyte- og oppvekstområde må vernast • Klokare seismikk- kartlegging • Lokale ønske om aktivitet kan stå i motstrid til miljø- og fiskeriinteresser
