The 2013-14 Program of Studies introduces important changes to graduation requirements and student progress reporting. Policy #217 now allows students to fulfill graduation requirements by taking any STEM-related course instead of specifically teaching Physics and includes speech embedded in various courses. Additionally, Policy #212 revises the weighting of Advanced Placement (AP) courses to 0.35. New AP offerings for this year include AP World History, AP Studio Art, AP United States History, and more. There is a stronger focus on Career Pathways and new dual-enrollment opportunities.
