As Nungesser is for everybody, we must riskassess the platform • Strategic/ commercial • Nungesser is a member based platform where any B2B company can become member • Meaning our customer can bypass OFI and due the commodity business themselves • We have to assess this risk with angles of both strategic and commercial perspective

Tradingplatform – weneed to test and document findings oncompetitivenessoftheNungesser service Hypothesis: Nungesserwillprovideuswithbetterpricesoncommoditiescompared to both spot purchases and longer contracts • Tests will be run according to existing purchasing strategies • Long contracts – Nordic, Benelux • Spot purchases – EEC companies • Actual purchases may be made through Nungesser or the regular suppliers • CBP commits to buying though Nungesser in order to test the deliveries • Test to be run for the reminder of 2012 • Preliminary results can be extracted during the test period • Trading platform

  13. CBP will test Nungesser´s ability to deliver in all practical pruchase asspect • Ability to provide • Competitive prices • Delivery on time • Documentation in relation to quality and delivery • Liability and handling of claims, recall, traceability • Etc.... • Trading platform
