Resume Screen • Objective: Get to a human • One of the most difficult steps • You have one (maybe two) pieces of paper to prove your worth • Generally submitted online or to a recruiter, and reviewed by a recruiter • Market yourself and your skills, don’t treat this like an academic exercise http://www.cs.ucf.edu/~acm
