  1. Malaysian Business Reporting System(MBRS)

  2. Introduction MBRS refers to the submission platform based on the eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format. Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (“SSM”) introduced a digital submission platform based on the “XBRL” format in 2018. This submission platform is known as the Malaysian Business Reporting System (“MBRS”) which allows for the digital annual filings of: - Financial Statements and Reports (“FS”); - Annual Returns (“AR”); and - Exemption Applications (“EA”) related to FS and AR applications.

  3. MBRS Conversion and Reporting We analyze & identify the appropriate taxonomy categories for your financial Statements. Our team tags and creates a valid instance document and other related files. We will submit the validated XBRL report to your Company Secretary to fill with SSM on MBRS system. We relieve you from the hassle of figuring out how to use the online filing system, entering the information manually, and reviewing the financial statements.

  4. MBRS Validation For MBRS validation, you can submit MBRS reports for validation and testing. Submitted accounts will be tested for conformance with the MBRS format, and for conformance with the appropriate SSM taxonomies . When a document is submitted, the validation service will return either a "successful" response, or a list of errors found in the document.
