LIHP Transition Timeline

This notice informs members of the LIHP program about the transition to Medi-Cal and Covered California. The LIHP program eligibility ends on December 31, 2013, and all members will be transitioned to Medi-Cal or Covered California. Starting July 2013, transition planning has been underway, with welcome packets sent to members from PHC. Keys dates include transition timelines from October 2013 to January 1, 2014. It is important to understand the changes in health coverage and the assigned aid codes for state support.
