  1. Commerce as a Service • NetSuiteSuiteCommerce's Commerce as a Service (CaaS) is the first commerce solution built with the idea that ecommerce is no longer a standalone channel but a core capability for retail and B2B businesses. The CaaS-based SuiteCommerce is the industry's first solution that unifies ecommerce with core operational systems to meet rising customer expectations for a consistent experience across all touchpoints, from smartphones to call centers, from tablets to point of sale in virtually any country around the globe.

  3. Technology Architecture • SuiteCommerceCaaS exposes native NetSuite commerce capabilities—including merchandising, pricing, promotions, payment processing, support management and customer management—as services that can be leveraged by any presentation layer, while providing an integrated back-end business management system.

  4. The NetSuiteSuiteCommerce Platform includes several technologies: • SuiteCommerce Experience: SuiteCommerce Experience is the front-end webstore technology that enables companies to support any touchpoint without having to rebuild business logic. SuiteCommerce Experience is built on responsive-design principles, enabling designers to create any customer experience, from altering the page layout to changing the interaction design. For example, SuiteCommerce Experience adapts to different resolutions on mobile devices and supports interaction models appropriate to touchscreens, such as swipe pagination. In addition to supporting any experience design, SuiteCommerce Experience is extremely scalable and high performance. Whereas the industry standard is page loads in less than two seconds, SuiteCommerce Experience offers sub-second page rendering by avoiding the redundant downloading and rendering of traditional presentation frameworks.

  5. The NetSuiteSuiteCommerce Platform includes several technologies: • SuiteCommerce Services: New SuiteCommerce Services expose NetSuite's back-end commerce functionality and data as services to the SuiteCommerce Experience and any other commerce front-end touchpoint. These services, combined with SuiteCloud development tools, enable users to develop and use new business logic across multiple touchpoints. Promotions can be implemented once and enabled across online, telephone and in-store transactions. Leading B2C and B2B commerce providers such as Square, Stripe, and SPS Commerce have announced new products to support omnichannel commerce atop the SuiteCommerce Services platform.

  6. The NetSuiteSuiteCommerce Platform includes several technologies: • SuiteCommerce Operations Platform: The SuiteCommerce Operations Platform provides the core native business processing capabilities to run modern commerce operations from a single, integrated system delivered via the cloud. 9. Top Users "We were initially just looking at NetSuite's CRM side, but after looking further we began to think about integrating our CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and UPS shipping, and realized what a powerful solution that would be." —POS Supply Solutions

  10. Top Users "NetSuite is helping us handle substantial growth in order volume—and take care of high spikes—without having maintain on-site hardware and software and a staff of IT support people.“ —Wrigleyville Sports

  11. Top Users "NetSuite made the technical aspects of our implementation ridiculously easy, and were valuable partners in helping us understand our requirements and processes. If we had selected a lighter-weight system, we would never have gotten off the ground, and if we had paid for a conventional on-premise ERP system, we would not have survived long enough to implement it." —Beyond The Rack

  12. Top Users "We have tripled our productivity, enhanced our risk management, and reduced our overall Ecommerce IT expenditures by more than 20 percent switching to NetSuite." —Igloo Products Corp.

  13. Top Users "We were doing very well selling high-value, low-volume products, but we knew our IT software wouldn't let us add a high-volume retail distribution division—we couldn't track new leads, and it took a long time to fill an order. With NetSuite, we've boosted the efficiency of all our business processes, and we're able to do serious, proactive marketing, which is just what the new business needs." —Sonoma Wine Accessories

  14. NetSuiteSuiteCommerce delivers a competitive advantage that's difficult to achieve with the previous generation siloed commerce solutions. For example, SuiteCommerce allows you to use cross-channel customer information as well as back-office financial data to drive merchandising and promotions. A promotion could be created in seconds targeting customers who have purchased more than $1,000 across any channel and offer a limited time 30% off promotion on any item with a gross margin greater than 50%.

  15. Thank You!!!!!
