Understand The Crane Owner: Crane owner must be concerned about: Complete Safety : For the safety of secure working condition on construction site, provision of appropriate equipment, and understanding of responsibilities of the personnel are imperative. The supervisor must ensure the employees are fully mindful of the mandatory responsibility. Having The Right Training: All the workers must be given the right training. Also, experience should be gained to complete the specific role. Training and upgrading workers with most recent technologies is also the responsibility of crane owner.

  3. Crane Operator: The role of the crane operator is wide-ranging and involves: Crane Machine: The operator of the crane should be completely conscious of the handling methods.. Its model, its features, how it operates and what is the limit of its load lifting. The operator should take note of the load chart as well as other data to ensure the crane is employed safely.Construction Site: Crane operator is supposed to check the site where crane operation is going to be held. He must make sure that there shouldn’t be any overhead power lines, or any other hindrance affecting the procedure. If issues are detected this information should be passed to the supervisor.

  4. Site Supervisor: A properly run work site will have a supervisor or similar person in charge. The role of the supervisor includes: Operation: The supervisor must make sure the lift load and size is appropriate. For increased safety, any lifting jobs will probably be supervised. Responsibility Of The Skilled Crew: Supervisor should make sure that the crew is skilled and should know their art of lifting weight, evaluating distances, heights, clearances, how to tackle and hoisting device according to the load and rigging it safely. All the staff should fully understand their job and responsibilities for the sake of safety lifts and loading the weight.
