  12. Collaborative Divorce FAQ If I offer Collaborative Divorce services, can I litigate or mediate cases? Yes, a CollaborativeAttorney is free to offer a “menu” of services, including litigation and mediation. They cannot represent their collaborative Divorce Client in court. MCLA, Inc.
