What this means for our customers, we have 4 fully stocked and equipped service trucks, 5 factory trained technicians and direct lines to the factory to support your Generator, brand new well lit repair facility, large show room with generators and transfer switches on display, fully operational display unit outside so you can see how it works when utility power is lost. Here at Geco Industries we are able to provide our customers with many services. We are Authorized to do Warranty work on Generac, Briggs And Stratton, and Compact Commercial generators. Let our sales team help you with purchasing a generator for your home, cottage or business, we will go over everything with you from where it can be located to meet local codes, to placement of fuel source if not already onsite. We will do a complete layout with you of the entire system before leaving, so there is no surprises on the day of install.Its as simple as calling and speaking to a member of the Sales Team, they will do what we call a “phone interview”, ask you some questions about your needs, what you are trying to accomplish, what you may have in mind ect ect ect. From their they will give you a budgetary cost over the phone and if it is in your budget they will arrange to do a site visit and go over everything with you, and finally give you a final quote of the complete system and then you say, “yes” or “no”. Its that simple !! Big Box Stores don’t do this… they leave it up to the homeowner to do it all.
