The Clifton Business District Improvement Program (NBDIP) aims to revitalize the area through two key initiatives: a Wayfinding project and a Telford Avenue Awning project, funded with a $30,000 minor grant. The Wayfinding initiative addresses the perceived lack of visibility and accessibility to parking areas, while the Telford Avenue Awning project will enhance the streetscape and provide shelter for shoppers and visitors. These efforts are designed to benefit all residents of Clifton, attract more foot traffic, and support local businesses. Community support has been strong, with over 120 pledged volunteer hours.
