  2. Update keyboard drivers Check if the drivers of the machine are working properly or not. Sometimes laptop keyboard do not work because of software problems. To fix it go to device manager> keyboards >right click for update drivers.

  3. Scan for hardware change If above method do not work try this method. Press windows +R to open run then type ”devmgmt.msc”. Change Keyboard To make sure whether the laptop has hardware problem or software then try connecting an external keyboard.

  4. System restoring System restoring is the last option if all the other method fails go with this method. Create restore points before restoring the system. This method can solve the problem immediately.
