Targeted Passages • Step 1: Read/skim through your section again • Step 2: After you have completed the first reading, review it again while identifying the following items: • 1 important quote • A summary (one sentence only) • An analysis (why did I select this part as meaningful?) • Step 3: Record your notes in your book or on a separate piece of paper & be prepared to share this information with the rest of the class.
