Why do we have health and safety for workers? • There are many health problems with constant use of computers .For that reason the law states the implorers have to provide certain pieces of equipment to prevent this form happening to there employees. • These regulations don't apply to school children.

  3. What they have to provide • We have to provide – • A tilt able screens • Foot support • Anti – glare filter • Tilt able chair

  4. What we have to make sure of • Lighting is suitable • Make sure work stations are not cramped

  5. What we plan and pay for • The frequent brakes for work at the computers • Also pay for an appropriate eyesight test by an professional optition

  6. Back problems • A fully adjustable chair should avoid poor posture. • Screens should tilt and turn to a position that avoids awkward movements. • Also footrests can reduce these problem.

  7. General working environment • There should not be trailing wires • Electrical sockets must not be overloaded. • Food and drink should not be placed near a machine • There must be adequate space around any machine
