Nominations Committee Charter NomCommembers are expected to: • Assist NomCom Chair between May and September in seeking suitable candidates in the elections for: • 6 AdComMembers-at-Large every year, • President-Elect every odd year, • 3 Vice Presidents every even year; • Attend in person NomComAnnual Meeting every fall to select the final slate of candidates for that year’s elections by secret ballot; • Assist as necessary the NomCom Chair and PELS staff every November in conducting the elections; • Accept to serve for 3 years.
