MED REC • KRWC only 10% being done • Update all computers in medicine to include toolbar for med rec • One press button • Get rid of paper form • Increase more time with patients • Decrease complaints from patients • Increase medications no longer in use • Meds in system still on patients chart from 2 years ago. • Teach how to add OTC
